Leadership
Victoria is a Design Director who joined Nova in 2016 as a Project Manager.
She is responsible for working directly with clients to understand their goals and leading an in-house engineering team to develop solutions that respond to those needs. She also determines budgets, staffing, and timelines. Her impressive experience and dedicated workflow have resulted in her participating in a majority of Nova's commercial and residential high-rise projects. She works closely with MD+ company projects, analyzing, designing, planning, and researching structural components and structural systems for modular housing.
Victoria has a master's degree in structural engineering. During her university studies, she participated in various scientific international contests in the fields of industrial and civil engineering. Her hobbies include reading science fiction and non-fiction novels, traveling, and football.
