Solving volumetric and spatial limitations, the scale of buildings along the street was considered. The stepped structure of the residential complex supports the high-rise lines along the road, complementing the ensemble and creating a comfortable visual environment for pedestrians. Sections with increased height form a memorable image of the residential complex and are clearly expressed as high-rise dominant. They have active vertical dynamics, emphasized by facade solutions.
